How much will you charge me for your service?

How do I know I am Getting the Right Offer?
Our valuers have many years experience in property. They will assess the condition of the property, its location, local market and how it will fit into our portfolio of properties.

Will I need a solicitor?
Yes, you will need a solicitor. We can recommend one to you and will pay for your legal fees upon completion.

Will my neighbours find out about my situation?
No. Your sale will be totally confidential.

Does it matter if the property is in poor condition?
No! If the property is in poor condition then we will refurbish your home for you in an equity release scheme as a way of releasing money.

How long does a sale take?
A sale generally takes upto 28 days, it can be completed sooner if required. Depending on the paperwork you provide us.

I'm in arrears with my mortgage payments - can you still help me?
Usually, as long as there is some form of equity in the property. We can also discuss one of our other options such as "sell and rent back" which may be more suitable as you can then stay in your property.

How does "sell and rent back" work?
This option allows you to raise money by selling to us, in order to pay off debts or stop repossession. The upside of this is that with "sell and rent back" you can remain in your home for as long as you wish. We rent the property to you at market rent and you are legally protected by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

Do you buy investment property?
Yes, we are quite happy to buy a property you have bought to let and have now decided to sell.

Do you buy properties with a sitting tenant?
These are the kind of properties we relish buying. We have no problems buying a property where there is a long term tenant and sometimes this can even be a good situation for us.

How long is an offer valid for?
An offer, once we have made it, is valid for a period of twenty eight days.

How can I sell if my partner has an interest?
Where a property is jointly owned (and this includes anyone named on the current mortgage deeds) consent will be required from all parties to enable us to proceed with the purchase of the property.
